Game 156 Preview: Finally done with Rays puns this year (unless they make the postseason).

Welp, the Yankees have already won today, putting Tampa a full 5.5 games back before today’s contest even started. Pedro Ciriaco is leading off, but he is not the DH. Does that come anywhere in the realm of being a smart decision? What else? I don’t know… Does it matter? Fenway Park’s 100th season creaks to the finish line tonight, finally putting an end to the home portion of what has pretty much been a self-made disaster right from the start. That doesn’t mean the Sox aren’t going to be done playing meaningful games of course, the next and final series are both going to be played against the Orioles and Yankees, giving the team one last chance to ruin someone else’s year before sinking into a puddle of their own failure. Yech.

Tune in tonight folks! Please?
